• Submit your order. Wait to receive an email that your order is ready for pickup.
• Bring this email and your Photo ID to pick up the order at Fossil Phoenix Premium Outlets

To check the availability of an item, visit the Fossil website and find your items. Before adding an item to bag, click on “Check In-Store Availability“ to see nearby stores that have this item available. You can also call the store and confirm inventory availability with a store assistant.

Yes, you can return your Fossil.com order directly to a Fossil store*. In-store returns are subject to the same return policy as our online return policy. Just bring your order confirmation email and a representative will be more than happy to assist you with your return.
